Upcoming Eagle Court of Honor

There will be an Eagle Court of Honor on Saturday, November 28th (two days after Thanksgiving) for Pat Evans, Tom McClafferty, Tom Gallo, Joe McGarry and Marcus Shams.

It will be held at Smithtown High School East in the auditorium. All scouts must come at 1pm in Class A uniform to help set up. The ceremony will start at 3pm.

James Dodd will be working on his Eagle Project at Mills Pond Elementary on Sunday, 10/25 from 10am to 2pm.

Odds and ends from tonight’s meeting:

Everyone who has not done so already must email Mrs. Donahue at kbspouse@aol.com regarding the parents dessert night next Thursday, to tell her (1) how many from your family will be going and (2) what dessert you will be bringing, if any.
Travis will be working on his Eagle Project Saturday, from 9am to 5pm, rain or shine. Wear old clothes, and bring gloves and shovels.
We will be working on the Deepwells Project Sunday, from 7am to 10am. Wear old clothes, and bring a paintbrush.

James Dodd will be completing his Eagle project this upcoming ~~Saturday~~ Sunday, October 18th, from 10am to 2pm at Mills Pond Elementary School. Scouts are encouraged to come help out.

Columbus Day Weekend

This Saturday September 10th Travis Ochs will be working on his Eagle project from 2 to 5 pm, at Burke Veterans Memorial Park on Lake Ave. across the street from King Kullen in St. James. Please bring work gloves.

Also we will be wrapping up the Deepwells project this weekend on Monday October 12th. Please bring a paintbrush and old clothes. Work will go from 10 to 4 at Deepwells Historical grounds in St. James. Any assistance is warmly welcomed.

Unfortunately due the high chance of poor weather today, the town of Smithtown kindly asked that I delay the start of my project so that there are no messes left over at St. James Day. So I will be continuing the project on Saturday October 17th.
