Annual Planning Meeting for 2013-14 scouting year June 22nd @ Little Africa

Troop 301,

We will be having our annual planning meeting this year on June 22nd starting at 8:00 am in the pavillion at Little Africa (to the East of the Smithtown Yacht Club).

All leadership positions are expected to attend plus the Assistant Patrol Leader’s

This means that if you have a position of responsibility (patch on sleeve) and are attending the PLC’s, you need to be there.

There are to be two representatives from each patrol. That means the PATROL LEADER and the ASSISTANT PATROL LEADER.

If you are one of these people and cannot attend, you need to delegate a representative and coordinate this through your SPL (Josh).

We are starting promptly as 8:00 in the morning and intend to end by 2:00 pm.

Location – Little Africa – Drive time is at least 15 mins from center of St James to beach

Scouts should wear your class B

Scribe – should have an attendance check-in sheet

BE PREPARED with bug spray & sunscreen

Scouts MUST bring their SUPER SPECIAL position specific BINDER, paper & pen

If you cannot make the meeting, you MUST make sure you hand off your binder to your deligate.
